Founding group — taking 10 tradie owners (then it closes)

For Australian tradie owners doing $800k–$3M

I'll find $100,000 of opportunity in your business.

If I can't, you're not my client — and you pay nothing.

Ninety minutes pulling your business apart to show you exactly where the money's going. Then ninety days to go after it.

$100,000 means identified annualised opportunity — a documented estimate of the profit and cash sitting in your business, shown as a range with the assumptions written down. It's not a promise of what you'll earn. What you actually bank depends on the work you do. How the figure is worked out.

The Block adidas Nike Foot Locker Ford Mitsubishi AFL NFL

Projects delivered through my court business. Listed as past work, not as an endorsement of this program.

Good turnover. Nothing in the bank.

You're doing between $800k and $3M with a few blokes on the tools. You already know something's leaking. You just can't see where.

  • On the tools all day, quoting at nine at night.
  • Won the job, made nothing on it, still don't know why.
  • Phone rings while you're on a roof. Nobody picks it up.
  • Quotes go out and never get chased. You've stopped counting.
  • Your charge-out rate hasn't moved in three years. Your wages have.
  • Blokes get paid Thursday whether the money came in or not.

Every one of those has a dollar figure attached. Most owners have never seen theirs.

I was a paramedic. Then I built three trade businesses.

I didn't come up through consulting and I've never worked in a bank. I was driving ambulances, the job was wrecking me, and I went and started something of my own.

First a landscaping business, built to seven figures. Then roofing, built to multiple seven figures. Then DreamCourts — over $100 million in courts sold, and one of the largest court builders in the country. In 2024 that got me named Victorian winner of the Business News Australia Young Entrepreneur Awards.

Three industries. Three crews. Three sets of books. And underneath all of them, the same handful of numbers deciding whether you make money or just stay busy.

That's what I do now. I go into trade businesses, find the money that's leaking out of them, and hand the owner a plan to go and get it.

How it works

No workshops. No whiteboards. No twelve-month contract.

Book a call

Twenty-five minutes. I ask about the business, you find out exactly how this works, and we both decide whether you're a fit. If you're not, I'll say so and we're done.

Send me your numbers

A structured pre-work pack covering money, sales, marketing and how the work actually runs. Your bookkeeper can handle the finance section.

The deep dive

Ninety minutes. We go through the whole business and find the hundred grand — where it's leaking, how much, what it costs you a year.

Your 90-day plan

Written up in 48 hours. Three to five fixes, a dollar figure on each, in the order to do them. Then ninety days of support while you do it.

The businesses I built first

Every coach in this game says they've been in the trenches. Here's mine.

Landscaping

Built from nothing and scaled to seven figures.

Roofing

Built and scaled to multiple seven figures.

DreamCourts

Founded it and sold over $100 million in courts.

Three industries, three crews, the same set of numbers underneath. That's what I bring to yours.

Who this is for

A fit

  • $800k to $3M turnover
  • Three to fifteen staff
  • Plumbing, electrical, building, landscaping, roofing, fencing, concreting
  • You want to run the business, not just work in it
  • You'll do the work when someone shows you what to do

Not a fit

  • Solo operator with no crew
  • Under $500k — there isn't $100k to find yet
  • Chasing leads, not fixing a business
  • Want someone to do it for you
  • Not prepared to put your rates up

Book your call

Twenty-five minutes to get to know each other. You'll hear what I've done in my own businesses and what it's done for the tradie owners I work with, and we'll work out together whether I can help you.

Questions

What if you can't find $100,000?

Then you don't pay. The hundred grand gets found in the deep dive, not on our first call — and if it isn't there, you get every dollar back. One condition: the guarantee assumes the numbers you gave me were accurate and complete. If they weren't, it doesn't apply, and I'll tell you why in writing.

Is that $100,000 revenue or profit?

Opportunity, expressed as profit and cash and reported separately — never as revenue. Revenue figures are easy to inflate and they don't turn up in your bank account. What you get is a documented estimate, as a range, with the assumptions written down. What you actually bank depends on which fixes you do.

How much of my time does this take?

A twenty-five minute call, the pre-work pack, ninety minutes for the deep dive, then a weekly group call you can join live or catch up on later. The fixes themselves take work. That's the point.

My numbers are a mess.

Most are. That's usually part of the problem. The pre-work is built so your bookkeeper can fill in the finance section, and anything missing we cover on the call.

What does it cost?

We go through the numbers on the call, once we both know there's $100,000 in there and that you're a fit. There's a pay-in-full option and a three-instalment option. Founding group pricing is well under what it'll be afterwards.

My trade's different.

The numbers aren't. Charge-out against true cost, quotes that never get chased, jobs that come in over — same leaks in landscaping, roofing and courts, and I've run all three.

Why only ten founding clients?

Because I'm running every one of them myself and I want the results documented properly. Once the ten are done the founding group closes and the price goes up.

Own the job. Don't let it own you.

One call. Twenty-five minutes. No pitch — we work out whether I can help you, and you decide from there.
