I'm Luke Tadich, founder of The Tradie Owner. Before any of this, I was a paramedic. Years of turning up on people's worst days teaches you one thing fast: panic solves nothing, and almost every problem is fixable if you stay calm and work the steps in the right order. That's still how I run a business.

I went on to build and scale four trade businesses of my own. I learned hiring, quoting, cash flow and systems the expensive way, by getting them wrong first.
